Imperial County Long Term Care Ombudsman Program monitors and oversees a total of 11 facilities and a total of 497 residents. We currently have a total of eight (7) Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and three (3) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
